Group Coaching
Every season I run a cleanse for adults. They are 17 days of menus, recipes, daily support and conversations about supporting your body's ability to move our toxins and renewing yourself with delicious healthy whole foods. People comment on increased energy and mental focus, and many discover foods that have been impacting them negatively as we reintegrate foods back into the diet in the second week. Four days of prep, 7 of strict cleansing and 7 of slow reintegration of highly reactive foods.

Together through 6 weeks, I educate you on the nuances of the basics of sleep, exercise and mostly deep diving into healthy eating for a family. We strategize for how to get a healthy breakfast in before work and school, move as a family, and get more water in to us and our kids who would rather drink something else. No magic formulas, well, maybe around breakfasts, but strategy sessions, information and community to get past superficial information and really understand and implement the basics of building healthy habits for families, especially how the habits impact mood, energy and focus.

Private Coaching
2 hours in your kitchen talking about how to read food labels, low toxic storage ideas, making shopping lists of healthier versions of foods you love, safer cookware, and more. This can be done via zoom, and can also be organized online for small groups such as playdate groups, etc.
This is. a great way to get insights into food quality and upgrade what's in your kitchen. It's also super helpful if you have just discovered you need to go gluten or dairy free and aren't sure where to start.
Four months of weekly coaching sessions. This can be online or in person. We evaluate your starting point, determine what your goals are, prioritize them and I guide you and hold you accountable through the implementation. The package includes relevant hand outs, a gluten free dairy free proposed monthly plan and recipes, text access to me between sessions and more! You choose the goal: start exercising, eat better, learning to eat gluten free with your child, help your picky eater diversify what they eat, step by step conversion to lower toxin products and habits, change your shape, whatever YOU know you need to be doing for yourself but aren't. Packages, including duration are sized to your match your goal.
