How I help

 I coach  families who have a child with mood, behavior and or focus problems to find a better and  healthier balance in body and mind,  so children and families can have  less stress  and  children can reach their potential


  I specialize in working with the  “Forgotten Middle Families”  - whose children struggle in mainstream classes or at home, but who are not in full time special education. 


I guide parents on identifying and addressing the overlooked factors that can cause or worsen physical, emotional, and behavioral issues - like gut health, blood sugar issues, sleep problems and everyday environmental toxin exposures. 

I might be your first stop in getting the family health habit fundamentals in place or you might include me in your support team working with kids with or towards a diagnosis.

These challenges impact the whole family, so I take a whole family approach. For parents, this means restoring energy and stress resilience so you can better handle extra challenges as they emerge. For kids, this means optimizing sleep, balanced nourishing eating, supporting brain health and balancing their energy, so they can be at their best.
